Hello,

I am Chris Delattre, a Frenchman living in the Czech Republic for over 20 years. Since 2012, my agency ChrisEvents has been organizing various gastronomic festivals such as the chocolate festival. We have a very large experience with more than 150 festivals organized in different cities across the country.

After a first edition which took place in February 2024 and which saw the visit of nearly 20,000 visitors, the ChrisEvents GmbH agency is starting again in two cities in 2025: Graz and Vienna.

The festival will be organized over 3 days, from Friday to Sunday. The entrance price will be 14 euros for adults. A reduced rate will be applied to students and children. Children under 6 years old and disabled persons will enter for free.

There are 6 zones:

• An International chocolate market where visitors will be able to find incredible products. Some of them have had success in the biggest international competitions such as the World Chocolate Master or International Chocolate Awards. Our goal is to present chocolates (pralines, chocolate bars, candies, etc.) with a priority on “bean to bar” but also chocolate products (beers, wines, liqueurs, pancakes, waffles, churros, kebabs, burgers, …) as well as other sweet products (pastries, marmalade, syrups, honey, etc.).

  
• A platform stage will be the heart of the festival. We offer cooking and baking shows. On the podium we invite musical groups, magicians, dance groups.

• The Chocolate Festival is an event for the family and we don't forget the children. There will be activities where children will be able to make pralines, jump on a bouncy castle, discover how chocolate is made, paint with chocolate, etc.
• A small chocolate museum with the presentation of old packaging, tools, films and old advertisements.
• A competition and workshop area where visitors can receive lessons on chocolate making and make their own chocolate pieces.
• An area of the Festival is dedicated to an exhibition of 100% ecological inflatable balloons.
