(The regulations listed here under this link must be read and approved by the exhibitor and the complete regulations must be read and approved by the exhibitor)
1/ Submit the file on time
The exhibitor must submit his registration no later than one month before each event. It is possible that the event is full and no longer accepts exhibitors. If the organizer accepts his registration, he will inform the exhibitor by email. The organizer reserves the right to decide for himself whether or not to accept the application. The organizer will send instructions to exhibitors by email two weeks before the start of the event. In the instructions, the exhibitor will find the assembly times, terms, address of the event, etc.
2/ The stand must exist for the entire duration of the event
The stand and its decoration must remain in place for the duration of the event. Unless otherwise indicated by the organizer, dismantling of the stand is only possible after the end of the event.
3/ Respect the time of the event
The exhibitor must respect the opening hours of the event
4/ Cleaning of the rented location.
The exhibitor is required to properly clean his rented space after the end of the event and return it as he received it.
5/ Imposition of a fine
Violations of points 2, 3 and 4 may be punished with a fine of 100 euros per point.
6/ Participate at your own risk
Participation in the event is at the exhibitor’s own risk (details in the regulations)
7/ Compliance with regulations (safety, hygiene, fire protection, etc.)
The exhibitor is required to comply with the legal regulations in force and internal standards regarding safety, hygiene, fire protection, ecology and other generally binding requirements as well as the principles of handling all equipment technical and fuel during construction of the show and during dismantling for the duration of the event. He is also required to comply with the fire protection regulations applicable to the individual exhibition premises as well as the instructions of the responsible fire brigade and the organizer’s staff (details can be found in the regulations).
8/ Prohibition on using harmful substances as well as smoking and handling fire
The exhibitor is not permitted to store or use flammable substances, explosives, poisons or other substances harmful to health in its exhibition or gallery space. For the entire duration of the show as well as during set-up and dismantling, smoking and naked fires are prohibited in all covered areas of the site (details can be found in the regulations).
9/ The foreign exhibitor must comply with Austrian events.
Banners, roll-ups and other advertising materials must be in German. Prices and bank terminals must be in Euro. The exhibitor must comply with the Austrian sales law and the labor market law. For more information, foreign exhibitors can contact the embassy of their country in Austria, which will be able to provide them with all the necessary documentation.
